นำแสดงโดย สุทิศา พัฒนุช (เรื่องแรก), ไชยา สุริยัน และ จินฟง เรื่องความรักต่างชนชั้นของสาวชนบทกับหนุ่มผู้ดีมีศักดิ์ท่ามกลางความรังเกียจของญาตพี่น้องฝ่ายชาย มีเพลงเก่า คือ ต้อนกระบือ เพลินไพ่ตอง (เพลงดัดแปลงจาก “เพลิน”) และเพลงใหม่ เช่น ตะวันรุ่น สามคำจากใจ รักฉันสักนิด และ เป็ด (ทรงเคยทดลองทำเป็นละครโทรทัศน์ทางสถานีโทรทัศน์กองทัพบกช่อง 7 ขาวดำ นำแสดงโดย ทม วิศวชาติ, บุศรา นฤมิตร และจันตรี สาริกบุตร ก่อนขยายบทสร้างเป็นภาพยนตร์ประกอบเพลงเรื่องนี้)
